2. DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, we will contact You via email or telephone.

3. SHIPPING & RETURN

We use USPS Post for shipping. Orders are shipped WITHOUT tracking number. We will send your item in 3-5 business days after purchase and it will be delivered to your door within 28 days.

LOSS IN SHIPPING: All items is insured. In the case of loss, the customer gets a refund and an insurance claim is filed on my end. If for some reason, you are not happy with your painting, you may return it to me within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
